Cassette built an AI-powered sales preparation platform that aggregates customer history (call notes, follow-ups, transcript insights)and generates a structured pre-meeting briefing with:


  • Customer profile + prescribing trends

  • Market activity + therapeutic expertise

  • AI-driven readiness metrics and targeting signals

  • Ranked meeting objectives aligned to customer needs


To strengthen performance, the platform includes an objection-handling roleplay bot tailored to each customer profile and relevantproduct information.


Briefings and action items can be exported as a PDF and alsoconverted into an AI-generated podcast, enabling on-the-gopreparation and more confident, effective HCP conversations.
