Immersing employees with company roles
The Onboarding Personas Project created an immersive experience for new employees. Employees are guided through a 'day in the life' of various roles within the company.
The experience is designed to help employees empathise with different roles across the organisation, fostering a greater sense of purpose, higher morale, and an aspirational culture.
The experience featured four different personas of Takeda staff. By interacting with these characters, employees can see how one person's input feeds into another's work, all contributing towards the common goal of helping patients.
