What we collect

We only collect what we need to run our business and respond to you. Depending on how you interact with us, that may include:

• Contact details you give us directly, such as your name, work email, employer and the message you send.
• Project information you share when scoping a piece of work with us.
• Usage data about how you use this website, such as pages viewed and approximate location, collected through analytics.
• Technical data such as your browser type and device, gathered automatically by our hosting and analytics tools.

How we use it

We use your personal data to reply to enquiries, deliver and improve our services, send you material you have asked for, meet our legal and contractual obligations, and understand how the site is used so we can make it better. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to make automated decisions that have a legal effect on you.

We may also disclose data where we are legally required to do so. Where data is processed outside the UK, we put appropriate safeguards in place.
