AI Sales Prep Copilot
A data-driven, pre-meeting briefing the rep opens before every HCP visit.

The Challenge
A pharmaceutical sales representative walking into a meeting with a healthcare professional has no shortage of information behind them. Call notes. Meeting transcripts. Prescribing data. Follow-up actions logged after the last conversation. It's all recorded somewhere.
The problem is that it's recorded in different places, in different formats, and the rep has fifteen minutes in a car park to make sense of it.
Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, wanted their reps better prepared. The data to do it already existed. What didn't exist was a way to get it into someone's head in the time they actually had.
How we Approached it
We spent our discovery on the fifteen minutes, not on the database.
That framing changed what we built. A comprehensive customer dashboard would have been technically straightforward and practically useless, because nobody reads a dashboard on the way to a meeting. Three principles came out of it:
Consolidate before you analyse. Everything a rep needs sits in one place, assembled automatically. No hunting across systems, no cross-referencing, no deciding what's relevant.
Rank, don't list. The platform doesn't hand over a wall of insight. It produces an ordered set of meeting objectives, prioritised against the customer's profile and the commercial goal. A rep opens it and knows what the meeting is for.
Preparation isn't only knowing. It's rehearsing. Understanding an objection on paper is different from answering it out loud under pressure. So we built a conversational roleplay partner that raises realistic challenges based on that specific customer and product, letting reps practise before it counts.
We also built for where preparation genuinely happens. Reports export to PDF for offline reading, and the same briefing is generated as an audio podcast, so a rep can prepare while driving.
What we Delivered
A working platform, deployed into the client's environment:
Customer briefing reports covering background, prescribing patterns, market activity and therapeutic expertise
Historical insight drawn from previous call notes, follow-up actions and transcript analysis
Engagement metrics indicating a customer's likely receptiveness
A ranked set of meeting objectives tailored to each customer
A conversational AI roleplay partner for objection-handling practice
PDF export with highlighted action items, and an AI-generated podcast version of every briefing
The Outcome
Reps arrive at meetings with a clear picture of who they're seeing, what happened last time, and what this conversation needs to achieve. Preparation that used to depend on individual diligence and good note-keeping now happens the same way for everyone, in a fraction of the time.
The audio format turned out to matter more than expected. Preparation moved into travel time, which for a field-based team is the one resource nobody was using.
What we Took from it
Most enterprise tools are designed for someone sitting at a desk with time to explore. A field sales team has neither. Designing for the actual moment of use, rather than the ideal one, is usually the difference between a platform people adopt and one they open once.
